Ian hosts the Cincinnati Fractional Community of 150+ members and organizes an annual investor’s field trip to explore the market. Ian has a wide range of experience in acquisitions, due diligence, underwriting, investor relations, and financial reporting.
Ian moonlights at a non-profit boxing organization and coaches members to not only compete in the sport of boxing, but also live healthier and more active lives. His motto in boxing is “each one teach one”, an approach that he carries towards financial literacy and real estate investing.
